Director of Recruitment

As Business Development Director of Recruitment, Justin Mikenas is focused on sourcing community banks and independent wealth management firms to increase their non-interest income as Midwestern Securities partners. He works to recruit established financial advisors to grow our partner institutions’ wealth management teams and works alongside them for recruiting, training, and consultation on team development and synergy.

Justin joined the Midwestern Securities team in 2017 with a background in the insurance industry, which has given him a valuable perspective on financial services and advisor experience.

Justin was born in the Chicagoland area and now lives in East Peoria, Ill., with his family. They love hiking and exploring trails, refinishing furniture together, and playing board games.
