Lillian Maiella

As Business Development Coordinator, Lillian Maiella supports the business development team through a variety of administrative tasks which combine her past experience and education to serve the team.

Lillian earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University in May 2025. Although new to the financial industry, she brings valuable experience from previous roles, including working as a Marketing Coordinator and growing a platform as a social media influencer. These experiences helped her develop strong skills in communication, brand strategy, and content creation.

With a background rooted in marketing and digital engagement, Lillian approaches business development and recruiting with creativity and strategic thinking. She enjoys connecting with people, whether clients or candidates, and excels at aligning their needs with what the organization offers.

In addition to professional pursuits, Lillian is preparing to take the FINRA Securities Industries Essentials exam to further expand her knowledge and capabilities in the financial field.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family. Lillian loves staying active in the community and is always open to new adventures.
