Erin Stalnaker

Compliance Associate

As a Compliance Associate, Erin Stalnaker supports the Compliance & Standards Department in maintaining oversight and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across our organization. She brings a strong analytical background to the team, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Erin is new to the financial services industry and to Midwestern Securities, joining us after five years as a Director of Accounting for a wholesale distributor in the convenience store sector. In that role, she managed Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Staff Accounting. She is currently studying for the FINRA Securities Industries Essentials exam, in preparation for obtaining additional industry licenses, as she continues to grow in her compliance career.

Erin’s favorite part of her role is being in a collaborative support position—one that allows her to work across teams and help both individuals and the company achieve their goals.

Erin enjoys living locally with her children and their feisty kitten. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and church community, crafting, clearance shopping, and doing puzzles. She is also actively involved in the community, volunteering at Sharon Pines Nursing Home and Redeemer’s Special Church.
