Operations Team Lead: Relationship Management

As team lead, Austin VanLaningham is responsible for ensuring our advisor and admin teams receive the highest quality service tailored to each team’s individual needs. He assists our financial advisors in a variety of operational matters so they can focus on building their businesses.

A graduate of Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, Austin also spent time working as a Customer Service Representative in the retail banking industry during college. The experience and knowledge he gained in that position has made him a valuable member of the Midwestern Securities team. He has passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam and plans to obtain his Series 7 and 66 licenses next.

Austin lives locally with his fiancé, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys staying active with sports and at the gym, as well as traveling and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys using his love of physical activity to help others by participating in charity 5k races and other benefit events.
