Toby Lannholm

Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, Toby Lannholm brings a strong academic background and diverse professional experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Monmouth College and has spent four years in banking and bank management, followed by 10 years in human resources specializing in benefits, leave administration, and HRIS technology.

Now transitioning back into the financial services industry, Toby applies his operational and client‑service expertise to support advisors and clients effectively. His next major professional goal is to pass the FINRA Securities Industries Essentials exam.

A fun fact about Toby: he played both baseball and football at Monmouth College and even interned with the Orange Bowl Committee—occasionally stepping in as the mascot, Obie the Orange.

Outside of work, Toby enjoys staying active and spending time with his son, whether they’re playing baseball, basketball, or golf together or cheering from the sidelines as his son plays the sports he loves.
