Lindsey Botelho

Service Associate

As a Service Associate, Lindsey Botelho supports the operations and service teams by ensuring client requests are handled accurately and efficiently. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and is currently working toward her FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.

Lindsey joined the financial industry four months ago, bringing eight years of administrative and credentialing experience from Peoria Surgical Group/Springfield Clinic and Maple Shade Dental. She enjoys working with numbers, learning from knowledgeable colleagues, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Her next goal is to pass the SIE exam and continue advancing her licensing.

Outside of work, she enjoys boating, gardening, golfing, and spending time with her five nieces and nephews, friends, and family. She previously lived on a military base in North Carolina for six years and is a brain cancer survivor—an experience that shaped her resilience and outlook.

Lindsey is also active in her community, helping host an annual benefit for The Resilience Project and supporting events for the Taylor Rudd Saving Grace Foundation and Camp Dallas.
