We currently have openings for qualified financial advisors who will oversee and develop an investment services division in a financial institution setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor looking to join a company that offers superior support and ongoing professional development.
The ideal candidate will be passionate and well-versed in financial planning services. He or she should be a self-starter who likes to take initiative and work independently yet collaboratively with other team members. The organization has a strong planning team that will support the candidate with competitive planning tools. The role affords tremendous upside potential both financially and for career growth.
Roles & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Develop a strategic business plan
- Develop relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients
- Assess, assist and advise clients on their current finances and future financial goals
- Build a strong referral network with important centers of influence
- Make proactive business development calls to prospects and clients
- Utilize technology to provide excellent service to clients
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Currently working in the industry
- Strong Communication Skills
- Great Work Ethic
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, or within first year of employment
- Life, Health, Disability, Long Term Care Insurance licenses
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, CHFC, and other designations a plus

Each financial advisor is assigned a Service Coordinator who is available to help them with any inquiry they have.
