Our exclusive Benefit Builder Workshop gives you the “secret sauce” to fully integrate the investment division into the institution to give customers a five-star experience. Through easy, actionable steps and relatable stories, we will teach leaders how to create a team culture built around benefiting the customers and community by working together. You will leave motivated to develop a proactive sales culture across the whole institution, from the tellers to the loan officers to the advisors and even the board of directors.
