Anne Schutt, CFP®

As Vice President of Business Development, Anne Schutt’s focus is on building new relationships with community financial institutions who are looking to grow. She makes use of our strategic partnerships with financial associations to form connections with bank and credit union leadership and understand the challenges they face in today’s competitive environment. Anne brings to her position a wealth of experience and expertise in sales, training, and leadership across multiple industries, including healthcare and finance. Her commitment to fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth aligns perfectly with our mission to provide unparalleled services to our valued partners.

Anne began her career in financial services in 2019 after retiring from an almost 20-year career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. She spent four years doing comprehensive financial planning at a boutique private firm in Peoria and has earned multiple advanced financial designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Wealth Management Certified Professional®, Chartered Financial Consultant® and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor®. She also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado and an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.

Anne lives locally with her son and her two spoiled rescue dogs. She loves giving back to the community in multiple ways as part of the planning committee for Career Spark and as a volunteer with Camp Big Sky.  She began working with financial planning clients again in 2026, as she missed working directly with clients and loves to keep current in this area as she helps financial institutions build successful wealth management programs.
