Sherri Smith is always ready to lend a hand in any situation. As a Human Resources and Compliance Associate, she is responsible for a variety of human resources tasks, including assisting with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding new employees. As a member of the Compliance & Standards Team, she helps ensure management and employees are in compliance with our rules and those of regulatory agencies, company policies, and organizational behavior that meets our code of conduct and our high Compliance quality standards.
Sherri has earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Robert Morris University. She brings more than a decade of HR experience to the team. She is working toward earning her FINRA securities licenses to help her expand her industry knowledge and her role in the Compliance department.
